ElementSync is an entertainment and self-reflection platform that uses traditional Chinese Five Elements philosophy, numerology, and AI-generated insights to provide compatibility analyses and daily guidance. The Service is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

All compatibility analyses, daily guidance, Yijing readings, and fortune readings provided by ElementSync are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or outcomes.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Tokens and Payments

ElementSync uses a token system for accessing premium features. Tokens may be obtained through daily free allocations, subscription plans, or one-time purchases.

• Daily free tokens reset each day and do not accumulate
• Purchased tokens do not expire
• Subscription tokens reset daily per your plan
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• Share false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

7. User Content

When you share analyses on the public leaderboard, you grant ElementSync a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ElementSync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElementSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
